– Harold Jarche
We will be hosting internationally renowned thought leader, Harold Jarche in Johannesburg on 28 August. Harold Jarche helps people and organizations master the emerging network era with a focus on social learning, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration. He has been described as “a keen subversive of the last century’s management and education models”.
His internationally renowned blog is “a beacon of light in the dark landscape of organizational learning”. According to one long-time reader, “Harold is one of the best thinkers out there on things relating to learning and work”. For his clients, Harold helps to identify next practices around collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and innovation, in an increasingly complex networked world. A graduate of the Royal Military College, Harold served over 20 years with the Canadian Armed Forces in leadership and training roles.
In this workshop he will cover some of the ideas described in a recent Harvard Business Review article, the Best Leaders are Constant Learners (https://hbr.org/2015/10/the-best-leaders-are-constant-learners) gives an overview of some of these ideas.
This workshop is for you if:
– you want to future-proof your career in the new networked economy
– you need to lead in constant change
– you must facilitate learning and collaboration across organisational silos
– you need to foster a learning culture
– you need to enable innovation and knowledge sharing in your organisation
